Wetland Mitigation Banking Wetlands development and mitigation of losses of wetlands due to development are issues that are becoming increasingly important to community leaders and landowners. Northern Economics newest economist, Jonathan King-who will begin work at our Anchorage office in April 2003, created the following presentation on the development of Wetlands Mitigation Banks as an introduction to the topic for community leaders in Alaska and the Pacific Northwest.
