Input-Output Analysis and the IMPLAN Input-Output Program A Northern Economics PowerPoint presentation prepared for the College for Economic and Business Research (CEBR). The objective of the seminar was to provide participants from Whatcom County local government units with an understanding of Input-Output (IO) analysis and how the technique can be used to determine the effects of specific development projects or other changes in the economic structure of Whatcom County. Additional objectives were to provide an overview of the IMPLAN software and increase the participants' awareness of common errors in using multipliers and the limitations of the technique.
